The hotel is situated in the stunning Puyehue National Park, which is definitely a highlight of the stay. The room was spacious with a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful nature around. However, I found the dining experience lacking, especially with the buffet options being a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, while there were some really enjoyable aspects, particularly the phenomenal pools, the hotel feels dated and in need of some upgrades, especially given the price point.
